Compartment structure

This company has an umbrella structure comprising independent, watertight compartments. Within the same vehicle, each compartment has a unique and exclusive investment strategy, and the rights and obligations of the shareholders and creditors are referred to each compartment, according to local regulations.

The SICAV prospectus describes the key features of each compartment, such as investment policy, share classes, distribution, minimum amounts and fees, etc.

Luxembourg is one of the founding member countries of the European Union and is the leader by volume in the ranking of funds trading worldwide, only surpassed by the US.

Additionally, Luxembourg has the highest credit rating from the three rating agencies (S&P, Moody's and Fitch) and also has outstanding legal and financial stability.

All of this combined has allowed Luxembourg to create an ideal environment for the deposit of the SICAV.
