Bankinter welcomes everyone, regardless of their abilities, making accessibility part of everyday banking. Since 2005, our “A bank for all” initiative has focused on making banking inclusive for people of all abilities. We’re committed to removing all barriers and meeting top accessibility standards (Level AA), so everyone can bank with Bankinter, with confidence.

Digital Accessibility

By developing remote channels and implementing smart technologies, we make banking easy and accessible for everyone, no matter where they are.

In order to comply with the highest accessibility standards (Level AA), we have implemented a Service for Integrated digital Accessibility (S.I.A.) with specialized training for our teams, accessibility assessment and continuous improvement systems, and proactive actions on our websites.

The S.I.A program include:


  • An Initial accessibility audit.

  • Fixing any issues found.

  • Ongoing improvement reviews.
