Data related to customers provided directly by them or captured indirectly by the Bank from other sources as a result of access, consultation, instructions, transactions and other records related to the contracts between the Bank and the customer will be subject to processing, with or without automated means, for the purposes of commercial relations with the Bankinter Group. Such data may be transmitted to third parties duly authorised for this purpose.

Bankinter guarantees the customer access, rectification, addition or replacement of information relating to them under the current legal and regulatory framework, through written notification to the Bank.
